Harry "The Hooligan" is a particularly cheeky chap who is full of personality and always up to mischief! One of our four rescue boys, he was born on 3rd August 2011 and came to us in January 2013 with his half-brother George after the British Llama Society rescued them from a hapless breeder who had been keeping far too many llamas on a limited area of land, without enough food for them all.
He is highly intelligent and via clicker training can identify seven different colours and a wide selection of dog toys and random objects.
His hobbies include raiding feed bins, stealing people's hats, dismantling tractors, bickering with his brother George and generally causing mayhem!
He loves to be the centre of attention, and strangely for a llama, also loves a cuddle - this makes him an extremely good Therapy Llama, visiting nursing homes, day centres and schools for children with additional needs.
He also enjoys going out for walks and snacking on the hedges and trees along the way - he is very good at training his human companions to reach up into the branches to pass him down his favourite snacks!
